PC SHAMAL It is normal now as everyone is facing some psychological & emotional pressures ; so on a needy time no one is there to talk with , to share or to listen yourself. Don't you think , it is the time which suggests you to be honest friend of yourself first. There is one popular format of conversation i.e. MONOLOGUE ! Yes we all need monologue sometimes. And believe me it works. Having such conversation will give you relief. Nonetheless we are afraid of feeling lonely , it is must to share your time with yourself .
