It is normal now as everyone is facing some psychological & emotional pressures ; so on a needy time no one is there to talk with , to share or to listen yourself. Don't you think , it is the time which suggests you to be honest friend of yourself first. There is one popular format of conversation i.e. MONOLOGUE ! Yes we all need monologue sometimes. And believe me it works. Having such conversation will give you relief.
In such a phase of pandamic we should try to have a monologue containing anything arround you , anything about you , anything you wanted to and anything that you listen from YOU. Just close your eyes , take a deep breath and talk to yourself.
